Simple, yet refined, we make Indian ghee (clarified butter) following the traditional method of slowly cooking butter over a low flame until it is golden and the milk solids at the bottom are toasted. The ghee’s nutty essence comes through flawlessly on the popcorn and we finish with Jacobsen Salt Co.’s Kosher Sea Salt which compliments the ghee perfectly. Like the Saag, this mild flavor is a favorite among kids and perfect for snacking on.
